    Non-Receipt of Material

    We haven't received the material yet. If after several reminders there's no proper reply. In your last mail you said it's held up at Dubai Customs. Don't know why a hair straightener is held up at the customs. There doesn't use to be any delay in clearance as well. Can you people give a proper update on it.
