If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within 30 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations, we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot reimburse postage costs. Refunds will be returned to the same method as your original payment.

Shipping & Taxes
Free shipping to Ireland and UK on all orders over £50.
We primarily use Royal Mail to ship. Tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. For the rest of the world, we used Standard Tracking. If you need something more quickly, please get in touch, and we will endeavour to assist.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK is £3.95 using Royal Mail tracked delivery. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £5.99. Delivery to Europe is £6.95. Delivery to the Rest of the world is £9.10.
Ireland and UK orders usually arrive in 2 - 3 working days after dispatch. Delivery to the rest of the world can take 5 - 7 days after dispatch. All orders placed before11am will be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following day. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
If you live in Ireland, UK or any other EU member country, there are no extra taxes imposed on your order. If you live outside of these regions, you may be charged import duty by your local government. You are liable for these charges.
